 Here's the deal:
You get a room, your own bath, space for your car, and house/estate privileges at Beach Bum's place, which is about 40 minutes by car, subway, or combination, from the heart of Washington DC. There's a heated pool, volleyball court, even a par-3 golf hole ready to play. You can have a PC to use, all for yourself. Its a big place, on many acres, surrounded by woods, and VERY private. You can romp the grounds naked if you wish... only Beach Bum will know.

You'll also need to be someone Beach Bum really likes, since there's no way he's gonna have some fat-ass jerk living with him, no matter how good he handles a mop and broom.
Work requirements are pretty loose.... figure maybe a total of 16 hours a week tops, and probably a lot less if you move your ass. Beachie just needs some help, not someone to take over. That help is mostly house cleaning - to keep the dust bunnies from taking over, some weeding and grass cutting perhaps, and maybe some assorted odd jobs once in a while. Most of the time, you can probably just make use of your spare time.

Some caveats: (1) Dont assume you'll be a kept boy. Thats not what I'm looking for. (2) Beach Bum is pretty openly gay. If that bothers you, then you won't like it here. (3) If you crave tobacco in any shape or form, forget it. (4) Plan on getting some sort of outside job, so you can on contribute a bit to the household, build a career, and lead a normal life. (5) Anyone living here has to be someone with the potential to become a freind or even more over time. It is essential that we each be pleasant company for the other. I don't need the money, and I don't want the aggravation of anything less.
